I am shocked due to the fact that most of the staff working in these hotels are not careful enough to notice any suspicious moves by criminals. It seems that they do not dig into details every information about the customer. For example, Bill Stanton said that his wife booked the hotel room and gave him the wrong key. His words were enough to convince the reception that his wife was the one that booked the room. They did not ask why the wife failed to include his name in the booking details because she would have included his names and details if they were together.
The kindness shown by the members of the staff is too much. This has shocked me. May be they don’t want to annoy customers. They believe that customers have to be treated with respect. As a result, criminals end up taking advantage of this kindness. For example, a staff was on her way when Bill asked about the certain room. He acted confused. Since the staff was kind enough, she showed Bill the room he was requesting, and that is how criminal take advantage of the staff’s kindness. His mission wouldn’t be successful if that staff asked several questions about Bill’s details.
The most interesting thing I have seen in this video is that the safety and the security of customer matters, and some hotels have put emphasis on that. In the last part of the video, Bill tried to use his tricks he used in the previous experiments but this time, the staff at the reception table was careful enough not to fall for those tricks. She dug into details. She did not get anything related to Bill, and as a result, Bill could not be let in. If Bill was a criminal, his mission would end up being unsuccessful, since the staff was careful enough to dig into details.
